Online Feminine Yoga Classes with Ana Davis
Throughout 2023 Ana was back on the mat teaching a series of Zoom classes. These classes were recorded and are now available for purchase so that you can practise her unique blend of feminine yoga and pilates at home anywhere, anytime.
Here’s what’s in this package of six recorded Zoom classes that’s yours to keep forever:
Waxing Moon Class (60 mins)
Class theme: strengthening, energising, stabilising—yoga/pilates practice. Suitable for: ‘Waxing Moon’ (pre-ovulation) phase and ‘Full Moon’ (ovulation) phase, and perimenopause/ menopause, and postnatal (12 weeks postpartum onwards).
Waning Moon Class (78 mins)
Class theme: Balancing for the hormonal and nervous system; focusing on supported inversions. Suitable for: ‘Waning Moon’ phase (premenstrual) and perimenopausal and menopausal, and postnatal (from 8 weeks postpartum onwards)
Dark Moon Class (105 mins)
*Note, this class is presented in both English and Japanese
Class theme: Heart-opening restorative practice. Suitable for: ‘dark moon’ (menstrual) phase and perimenopause/menopause, and postnatal (10 weeks postpartum onwards)
Second Spring All-over Gently Toning & Releasing Class (61 mins)
Class theme: a gentle and wholistic yoga and pilates practice. Suitable for: ‘Second Spring’ (perimenopause/ menopause) and ‘Waxing Moon’ / ‘Full Moon’ phase (pre-ovulation / ovulation phase) and ‘Waning Moon’ (premenstrual) phase
Second Spring & Waxing Moon Balancing Class (86 mins)
Class theme: a gently strenghtening and balancing yoga and pilates practice. Suitable for: ‘Second Spring’ (perimenopause/ menopause) and ‘Waxing Moon’ / ‘Full Moon’ phase (pre-ovulation / ovulation phase)
Second Spring (& Full Moon) Strengthening Class (60 mins)
Class theme: strengthening, toning, energising – yoga/pilates practice. Suitable for: ‘Second Spring’ (perimenopause/ menopause) and ‘Waxing Moon’ / ‘Full Moon’ phase (pre-ovulation / ovulation phase)
Cost for these six online recorded zoom classes: $65 AUD
The package consists of 6 of my signature women's yoga & pilates classes. That's approximately 7.5 hours of class content for you to practise at home and keep forever.
