Happy Holidays from Bliss Baby Yoga

Ana Christmas Bliss Baby Yoga LRDear Bliss Babies,

They don’t call it the Silly Season for nothing!

Even here, in so-called ‘chilled-out’ Byron Bay we are not immune to the hectic energy that characterises the build up to Christmas. There is a sense of people rushing everywhere, the traffic in our little town is at bursting point, and the woman at my local healthfood store is virtually throwing my fruit into my green shopping bag.

Phew! I’m so grateful for Restorative Yoga. When I’m exhausted and strung-out it’s my ‘go to’ practice, particularly at this time of year. In the spirit of supporting your self-care at all times, Senior Bliss Baby Yoga Teacher, Mari Notaras shares 6 Yoga Tips for surviving the Christmas choas in this month’s newsletter.  Relax, breathe, pause, restore and enjoy!

I’m looking forward to slowing down after another full year and getting stuck into some good books. This holiday season I hope you’ll also make some time to lose yourself in a good book. You may find inspiration in our holiday reading recommendations from the Bliss Baby team.

To add to the holiday nurturing, why not indulge in some ‘moreish’ sweets – particularly of the raw-cake variety.  What could be more indulgent (in a healthy kinda way!) than creating your own Raw Vegan Mocha Cheesecake from the Byron Yoga Centre kitchen's recipe.

After having a good rest, our Bliss Baby team is excited to bring you a whole bunch of wonderful new courses for 2017.  We kick off with a 3-day Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in February, a Level 1 & 2 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in March both in Byron Bay - and a Postnatal and Mums and Babies Teacher Training in Melbourne, also in March. We now offer early-bird discounts for our courses, so don’t delay!

Wishing you a blessed, calm and joyful holiday season!

With love from Ana and the whole Bliss Baby Yoga Team

Love and light,
Ana
