Bliss Baby Yoga is growing up!

Ana Marley Sept 2015 LRThe seed for the vision of Bliss Baby Yoga was planted when I was pregnant with my son, who turns 11 this month. During my pregnancy, my mind and my body was opened to a whole new approach to yoga – a feminine, juicy, earthy approach. It didn’t take long before I began to share my discoveries with other women.

Over a decade later, Bliss Baby Yoga has taken on a life of its own as I am now joined by a diverse team of talented and passionate yoga teachers and women’s health experts carrying the message of feminine yoga and sacred birth far and wide into the world. It is no longer just me and my baby; just like my own son, my other baby, Bliss Baby, is now on the cusp of becoming a teenager!

Reflecting this growth and increasing maturity, we are diversifying our offerings here at Bliss Baby Yoga. We now offer teacher training courses in Restorative Yoga and Fertility Yoga and we have recently launched our Live Online Lecture Series that include a wide range of yoga for women’s health subjects including my 'Moving with the Moon -Yoga for Healthy Menstruation' session coming up on 6 October, Rosie Matheson’s Yoga for Fertility session on 13 October, and the ever popular Lisa Fitzpatrick’s, Empowering Women in Business session on 20 October. What I love about these new Live Online Lectures is that we are not limited by geography in sharing our passion for yoga and holistic health for women. It’s not too late to join us, wherever you are in the world!

As part of our ongoing growth, we now regularly offer our well-respected Bliss Baby Yoga Courses in New Zealand and are excited to announce an upcoming Long Weekend Teacher Training for Postnatal and Mums n Bubs Yoga in Auckland, 24-26 October. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about this specialized yoga teaching niche – we only offer this course in Auckland every second year. We are also bringing our popular, new Level 1 Restorative Teacher Training to Auckland for the first time in November.

Looking into the future, I am excited to consider the potential of just how many more women Bliss Baby Yoga will connect with around the world as we continue to ‘grow up’. Next year brings a number of exciting, new offerings – including an 80 hour Speciality Women’s Yoga Teacher Training. More, coming soon!

For the moment, I’m going to enjoy where we are right now and what we have achieved as September sees me celebrating both mine and my son’s birthday. For me, birthdays seem like a wonderful opportunity to celebrate life and our loved ones and revel in the fruits of our visions and feel gratitude for the many gifts in our lives.
